How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Typically we aim to dispatch for next day delivery. However due to the current logistical challenges delivery is may take 1-3 days from order on in stock UK products.

What is your return and exchange policy?
For all off the shelf items we have a 30 day FREE returns policy for unused items. If we've made a bespoke LED strip solution for your specific request and there is a fault, simply send back and we'll repair and return. Alternatively we ask to purchase a new replacement part and we'll refund on the return of the item in question.

We have a no refund policy on custom "made to measure" manufactured LED solutions due to the added time and effort invested. On bespoke made orders we check very carefully to ensure accuracy. Should there be a genuine mistake, this can be discussed with your contact representative. Rest assured our aim is always to ensure great customer satisfaction in any case.

What's the warranty on standard off the shelf items & bespoke solutions?
We typically offer between a 2-5 year warranty depending on product type. For example LED profiles and our range of commercial grade LED controllers are 3-5 year. LED strip lights are 2-5 year. For all "made to order" LED tape light solutions we offer a 2 year warranty back to base warranty.

How do I change my shipping address? 
This can be done by contacting us ahead of time. You can contact us via sales@upriseled.com or call us on 07957 180481 

How do I track the status of my order?
A tracking number will be provided to you by email from DPD, Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Fedex. This will allow you to track the status of your parcel. Occasionally we may use other courier options such as MyHermes depending on size of goods. In this case you should receive a tracking number by email.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
If you have accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address let us know and we'll do our best to remedy the situation.

Do you ship to my country?
At present we are focusing solely on the UK for shipments.

This will depend on the size of your order. Typically order sizes are one package.
