This LTECH SPI-16 M16 Mini RF SPI LED Pixel Controller is compatible with DC5-25V input. It's purpose is to generate both small and large scale digital pixel visual effects via simple handheld remote and presets. It's a popular, hardy system that is also cost effective. You easily generate a gradient rainbow effect amongst other fun effects patterns.
It has a max output rating of 10A which means this pixel LED controller can power no more than: 50W at 5V, 120W at 12V, 240W at 24V.
