RGBW COB IP20 Strip To 5 Core Flat Cable Without Wire Connector

This simple to implement RGBW seamless COB LED strip to 5 core flat cable / 5 core cable provides simple connection between 24V RGBW COB LED strips and cable. It's designed specifically for IP20 rated indoor applications. An ideal solution for linear LED strip lighting installations that are time dependent, requiring a fast connected install.
Installation
To install, carefully slide clip onto compatible RGBW COB LED strip in one side of connector. Then ensure a stripped RGBW 5 core flat cable is pushed into each of the corresponding colours. Red for Red, Green for Green, Blue for Blue, White for White and Black for +. Now use plyers to push the metal connectors down, locking them in place and creating a connection between LED strip and cable cores.

Will this connector fit within a 17mm wide U shape surface mounted LED profile with an internal width of 12mm? No as it's 14mm wide it requires a wider surface mount profile. Alternatively it will fit into a 16mm x 16mm corner quadrant profile.

What are the negatives about this type of connector? Connectors of this style can sometimes suffer from oxidation issues from the LED strip and over a period of time lose connection.
